15% to 20% reduction time required to start business functions integration

The improvement came from an earlier involvement of the integration team. Therefore, on day 1 of the announcement, the pre-assessment was completed and a detailed 100 days plan was ready to be communicated & executed while the full integration plan was being developed in parallel.

POST-MERGER INTEGRATION

Industry: MedTech

Service: Post-Merger Integration of T&E Policies, Processes and Systems

Mandate: Lead the Post-Merger Integration of the T&E  Policy, Process and Systems

Achievements:

  • Led the T&E integration program (from strategy to execution and to final transfer to shared services).

  • Covered 16 countries from US to Japan.

  • Gathered local business requirement to be supported by SAP Concur Expense.

  • Four (4) successful go-lives all on time and on budget.

Outcome:
16 counties in scope
2,320 people impacted
12 months duration time

The major benefit of this project was to standardize the travel policy and business processes around filling and approving expense accounts with the parent company.
